Local artist Tanya Schwartz-Roeper shares the fascinating process of making paper, including several creative techniques, resulting in one-of-a-kind sheets of paper, or 3-D projects. Through these entirely hands-on workshops, all participants produce at least one (usually many more!) paper creation to be treasured or gifted.

Have you ever considered eating more whole foods in their raw state but find yourself feeling like you might be bored? Check out these "cooking" classes featuring the raw food diet where whole foods are prepared to create great taste and delicious flavor combinations - all without cooking. Learn how you can give your body maximum nutrients while still enjoying your food. These summer raw "cooking" classes will be hands on and you will get to eat what you make. In the first class, we will make a soup and a salad. In the second class, we will make a main entree and in the third, we will make a dessert.
