We’re more aware than ever of that there are toxic chemicals in our household and personal care products. But, are we able to identify them on the store shelf or in our own cupboard? In this class we’ll talk about how toxic chemicals damage our health and enviornment, how to spot them on labels, and advice on how to make your own products with non-toxic ingredients. Presented by Brenda Block, Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach.

Check out these "cooking" classes featuring the raw food diet where whole foods are prepared to create great taste and delicious flavor combinations - all without cooking. Learn how you can give your body maximum nutrients while still enjoying your food. These summer raw "cooking" classes will be hands on and you will get to eat what you make. In the first class, we will make a soup and a salad. In the second class, we will make a main entree and in the third, we will make a dessert. Does the end of the school year have you feeling like a zombie? Put your game face on and head over to the Ripon Public Library after hours on Friday, June 2nd at 6 P.M. for a teens-only Zombie Dice Tournament! Zombie Dice is a quick-to-learn game that has players play as zombies trying to be the first to eat 13 brains. Free fun, food, and a chance to win a copy of the game! Doors lock at 6:00 P.M. Please arrive a few minutes before the program starts to ensure you don't miss out on the fun game night!
