Teen Program

JANUARY 6 Character Prep Workshop for Dungeons and Dragons

Dungeon Master Mike will be available on Sunday, January 6 at 1:00 P.M. to assist anyone who wants to develop their own character for the library’s Role Playing Gaming Group. Due to the popularity of this program, we will be adding a 4th DM to run an additional D&D game using the 5th edition.

Missed previous RPG sessions but still want to participate? You can! Attend this Character Prep meeting OR create your own character and email Adult/Teen Services Librarian, Mandy Sprague, at msprague@riponlibrary.org to notify our Dungeon Master of your participation. Newcomers and experienced gamers are both encouraged to join in on the role playing fun! Drop-ins are welcome!

Role Playing games (RPGs) encourage storytelling and creativity as players assume character roles in a fictional setting. Most RPGs allow players to personalize their character by selecting their race, class, physical attributes, skills and abilities from descriptions in the gaming manuals for that particular gaming system.

Ages 13-adult or younger if accompanied by a parent.
