Love Letters to the WORLD!

Two drop-in guided writing sessions: Wednesday, July 5 at 2:00 P.M. | Thursday, July 6 at 10:00 A.M.

Not-for-profit, and completely mission driven, we let anyone nominate someone in need of a love letter bundle. We pick the stories that resonate, you get the chance to write a letter and mail it in. The task is small, but the impact is greater than you can imagine.” Drop in & write a letter to someone who needs a pick-me-up via these guided writing sessions.

Adults-only NERF Battle @ Your Library

Embrace your inner child during a night of after-hours fun on Friday, August 18th at 6 P.M. at the Ripon Public Library. Outfit yourself with a NERF™ gun and then release your stress with a game of zombies vs. humans & more during this adults-only event. Perfect for busy parents who are in need of some adult time or college students who need a study break! NERF™ guns, “Elite” dart-style ammo, glow sticks, and snacks provided. B.Y.O.B. (bring your own unmodified blaster) too! (A small number of NERF™ blasters will be available to borrow.) “Elite” dart-style NERF™ guns only, please. Attendees will need to sign a waiver in order to participate.

Have you ever considered eating more whole foods in their raw state but find yourself feeling like you might be bored? Check out these "cooking" classes featuring the raw food diet where whole foods are prepared to create great taste and delicious flavor combinations - all without cooking. Learn how you can give your body maximum nutrients while still enjoying your food. These summer raw "cooking" classes will be hands on and you will get to eat what you make. In the first class, we will make a soup and a salad. In the second class, we will make a main entree and in the third, we will make a dessert. Presented by Brenda Block, Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach.
