FEB 14 ZENTANGLE HEART ORNAMAENTS

Ripon Public Library is pleased to announce special events during Ripon Area School District’s school recess days, Friday February 14 and Monday, February 17.

Kids and adults of all ages are invited to drop in during library hours on February 14 to paint a Zentangle-style wooden heart ornament. This accessible-to-all art form is easy, fun, and promises amazing results for all. No-mess paint pens and ample ideas provided.

Registration is not required for either event. Children under age 8 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.  For more information on these events, plus a host of other exciting offerings, visit the library’s website or follow the Ripon Public Library on Facebook.

Most RPGs allow players to personalize their character by selecting their race, class, physical attributes, skills and abilities from descriptions in the gaming manuals for that particular gaming system.

Ages 13-adult or younger if accompanied by a parent.

Our April and May events will meet the first Sunday of the month to avoid holidays.

CANCELED - MARCH 17 Adult Game Night - Storytelling Games (16+)

Tuesday, February 17 | 6 P.M. | Storytelling – Adult Game Night (Ages 16+)

Get your game face on and enjoy modern board games at the library! This month, we are featuring Call to Adventure, a character-driven dice-rolling game. A major mechanic of this game is its storytelling, which enable players to play as a hero whose destiny players control through their decisions in the game. Snake Pil, Dixit, and Story Cubes are other games that feature this game mechanic and will also be available to play. Adult Game Night meets monthly on the third Tuesday of each month.
