OCTOBER 14 Dungeons & Dragons Campaign

Join us on Sunday, October 14th at 1:00 P.M. for our first Dungeon and Dragons gaming session at the library. Our Role Playing Gaming Group will meet on the second Sunday of each month at 1:00 P.M.

Miss the Interest Meeting, but still want to participate? You can! Attend the Character Prep meeting on Sunday, September 23rd at 1:00 P.M. OR create your own character and email Adult/Teen Services Librarian, Mandy Sprague, at msprague@riponlibrary.org to notify our Dungeon Master of your participation. Newcomers and experienced gamers are both welcome to join in on the role playing fun!

Role Playing games (RPGs) encourage storytelling and creativity as players assume character roles in a fictional setting. Most RPGs allow players to personalize their character by selecting their race, class, physical attributes, skills and abilities from descriptions in the gaming manuals for that particular gaming system.

Ages 13-adult or younger if accompanied by a parent.

SEPTEMBER 23 Character Prep for Dungeons & Dragons

Dungeon Master Mike will be available on Sunday, September 23 at 1:00 P.M. to assist anyone who wants to develop their own character for the library’s Role Playing Gaming Group. The possibility of splitting the group into two separate games for ease of running things will also be discussed at this meeting. Our first Dungeon and Dragons gaming session will start on Sunday, October 14th at 1:00 P.M. and will continue to meet on the second Sunday of each month.
