Check out these "cooking" classes featuring the raw food diet where whole foods are prepared to create great taste and delicious flavor combinations - all without cooking. Learn how you can give your body maximum nutrients while still enjoying your food. These summer raw "cooking" classes will be hands on and you will get to eat what you make. In the first class, we will make a soup and a salad. In the second class, we will make a main entree and in the third, we will make a dessert.
