Library Program

Are you struggling to make heads or tails of your new Kindle or Nook?  Or, maybe you’ve heard about the free e-books that are available from the Ripon Public Library, but haven’t gotten the hang of it yet.  Either way, the library is here to help.  First, on Saturday, February 4^th, our resident “e-book expert” will be on hand to answer your basic questions about e-readers and library services – just stop in any time from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and again from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.  For more in-depth help, the library will offer classes that walk you through the checkout process for both Kindle and Nook e-readers.  The first of these classes, which will be free and open to the public, will be held Tuesday, February 7^th at 10:00 a.m. and again on Wednesday, February 8^th at 6:00 p.m.  Bring your e-reader and laptop to follow along.
