Keeping fit has never been such fun! We like to move it with interactive viewings of Disney and Pixar Shorts each Monday afternoon! Lasts about 30 minutes.

Learn how strength exercises can improve your balance, coordination, power and endurance, enhancing your ability to power through your day! Includes ideas for incorporating exercise into your everyday activities. Wednesday Health Talks in June & July are presented by Brenda Block, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach.
