Enjoy a mix-it-up-type walk on the Northwestern Trail, with warm-up, stride and cool-down. Signs at 20 meter intervals offer stretching and movement instructions adding a fun twist to your nature hike! Led by library staff and certified personal trainer, Katie Coughlin.
