Starting in July, the Ripon Public Library will begin notifying patrons - who have not signed up for email notices - with an automated phone call when an item is four days overdue. (Previously, a paper notice was mailed out at ten days overdue.) To receive notices about overdue library items, your current phone number must be listed in our records. Please check your phone number under Your Account. This service is offered as a courtesy to library users. The move to automated phone notices will help us to reduce postage and save your tax dollars. Thank you for your cooperation!

Remember, for your convenience, you can sign up to receive e-mail notices instead of automated phone calls on the Your Account page. You'll also receive a courtesy notice, by email, a few days before your items are due, which might help you avoid those pesky overdue fines!
